Outage Texting, Now Available!
Call the Western Cooperative office to make sure we have your cell phone number(s) recorded in our system. This is very important. Simply texting our two main phone numbers, which are landlines, WILL NOT work. You may also send us your current phone numbers by using our Update Phone Numbers webform.
After you have given Western your cell phone number(s), register for the service by clicking on the Outage Texting button pictured on the right or by clicking HERE. You will be given an outage “texting number.” Add this number to your contacts list on your cell phone so it’s ready when an outage occurs.
