You may sign up for these either by calling 1-800-456-6720 or on your Ebusiness account, under the Communications section. You may choose to receive these either by email, text, or both.
Bill Due Notification
This is a courtesy alert for your Western Cooperative Electric account sent out in advance of the due date of your bill, via the method selected. It will state your account is unpaid. It will also have your account number and location of service. A link to our website and telephone number will be listed for your convenience to pay your bill.
Bill Ready Notification
This notification goes out after the bill is printed, letting you know your bill is ready for viewing on your Ebusiness account. It will have your account number, location of service, Prior Balance, Current bill, and Total Due amounts.
This alert lets you know that your Western Cooperative Electrical account is now delinquent. It will have your account number and location of service along with our website and telephone number for your convenience to promptly pay your bill.
Payment Posted Notification
This will alert you that a payment posted on your Western Cooperative Electric account. It will state the amount of the payment, account number, and location of service. This gives you peace of mind that we have received your payment, however you chose to pay it.
