Western Cooperative Electric Association, Inc. (WCE), located in WaKeeney, Kansas, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time Member Services Representative (MSR). This position is responsible for building and maintaining positive member relationships by providing exceptional customer service in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include responding to member inquiries, processing service requests, utilizing a contact tracking system, assisting with billing questions and payment processing, and maintaining accurate member records.
